BATULICIN –Chairman of Plantation Cooperation Sinar Kencana, Amin Nugraha mentioned, palm oil factory (POF) in Batulicin, District of Tanah Bambu, South Kalimantan Province belongs to the members.
“In the first plan, the building of POF Plantation Cooperation Sinar Kencana was that, 35percents of the numbers to build the POF derived from the members and 65 percents derived from the banks. But the banks did not approved the fund. So whole members fund the building,” he explained, Wednesday (11/2) as quoted from Antara Kalsel.
He continued, for BRI did not give the money, the building should have more cost, from the first plan about Rp 120 billions to be Rp 130 billions. So Plantation Cooperation should publish additional shares from 16.800 shares to be 55.000 shares to be sold to the members. (T3)
