JAKARTA – Secretary of Environment, Peru, Manuel Pulgar-Vidal said for 25 years, many sides discuss how to realize the sustainable development. Unfortunately, by this time, the forest issue is an argument only.
Furthermore, Manuel said, to realize green development and green economy, the government itself is not responsible for it. Every body is responsible for the issue. “Every country should implement the green economy,” Manuel recently mentioned to InfoSAWIT in Jakarta.
He continued, Southern Asia has its important role to the climate change in the future, especially relating to the increasing population, economy and the protection of the green. T3
