InfoSAWIT, JAMBI – Indonesia’s Jambi province has set fresh fruit bunch (FFB) prices for the October 2-8, 2026 period, with the highest price reaching Rp3,758.31 per kilogram for oil palms aged 10 to 20 years.
The latest FFB price determination was based on a release from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency. The calculation uses a CPO price of Rp14,842.16 per kilogram, while the palm kernel price was set at Rp12,638.94 per kilogram.
The K Index used in the calculation was set at 93.64%.

The following are the official FFB prices by palm age:
3 years: Rp3,117.03/kg
4 years: Rp3,293.49/kg
5 years: Rp3,370.19/kg
6 years: Rp3,462.02/kg
7 years: Rp3,541.81/kg
8 years: Rp3,595.66/kg
9 years: Rp3,678.11/kg
10-20 years: Rp3,758.31/kg
21 years: Rp3,699.38/kg
22 years: Rp3,613.00/kg
23 years: Rp3,577.27/kg
24 years: Rp3,541.14/kg
25 years: Rp3,500.42/kg
The CPO and palm kernel prices form two of the key components used to determine FFB purchase prices in the province, alongside the K Index.
The Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency set the CPO price at Rp14,842.16 per kilogram and the palm kernel price at Rp12,638.94 per kilogram, with the K Index fixed at 93.64%.
These components serve as the basis for determining FFB purchase prices according to the age of the oil palms.
The official prices provide a reference for FFB transactions during the October 2-8 period, although actual prices at the farm level may vary depending on fruit quality, mill or company policies, transportation costs, location and individual transaction conditions. (T2)
