InfoSAWIT, PALANGKA RAYA – Independent oil palm growers in Central Kalimantan received a modest price increase for fresh fruit bunches (FFB) during the second pricing period of June 2026, following the latest decision by the province's Independent FFB Pricing Team.
According to InfoSAWIT, citing the Central Kalimantan Plantation Agency, the benchmark price for 100% Tenera FFB increased by Rp14.91 per kilogram, bringing the official price to Rp3,304.66/kg for the June 16–30, 2026 period.
The next provincial pricing meeting is scheduled for July 20, 2026, in Palangka Raya to determine FFB prices for the subsequent pricing period.
The latest official pricing structure sets 90% Tenera fruit at Rp3,282.77/kg, 80% Tenera at Rp3,260.89/kg, and 70% Tenera at Rp3,239.00/kg.
Meanwhile, prices for 60% Tenera, 50% Tenera, and 40% Tenera fruit were established at Rp3,215.97/kg, Rp3,194.09/kg, and Rp3,172.20/kg, respectively.
The pricing committee also set the provincial reference price for crude palm oil (CPO) at Rp15,079.60/kg, while palm kernel was valued at Rp12,455.26/kg, using a K index of 91.45%.
The official pricing mechanism serves as a guideline for transactions involving independent smallholders across Central Kalimantan. However, actual prices paid by mills may vary depending on local market conditions and commercial agreements. (T2)
