North Sumatra FFB Prices Fall Rp72.11/kg for May 13–19, 2026 Period

InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – The Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Pricing Team of North Sumatra Province has agreed to lower the price of oil palm fresh fruit bunches for the May 13–19, 2026 period, with prices for plantations aged 10–20 years declining by Rp72.11/kg to Rp3,870.60/kg.

Based on data gathered by InfoSAWIT from the North Sumatra Plantation and Livestock Agency, FFB prices for three-year-old plantations were set at Rp3,269.31/kg, four years at Rp3,486.83/kg, five years at Rp3,606.56/kg, six years at Rp3,711.06/kg, seven years at Rp3,675.34/kg, and eight years at Rp3,806.59/kg.

Meanwhile, nine-year-old plantations were priced at Rp3,839.57/kg, plantations aged 10–20 years at Rp3,870.60/kg, 21 years at Rp3,877.10/kg, 22 years at Rp3,842.84/kg, 23 years at Rp3,787.09/kg, 24 years at Rp3,672.64/kg, and 25 years at Rp3,567.88/kg.

FFB prices for older plantations were further set at Rp3,540.82/kg for 26-year-old trees, Rp3,489.89/kg for 27 years, Rp3,436.13/kg for 28 years, Rp3,380.93/kg for 29 years, and Rp3,325.72/kg for 30-year-old plantations.

The provincial pricing committee also determined crude palm oil (CPO) prices at Rp15,139.78/kg and palm kernel prices at Rp14,785.67/kg, with the K index standing at 93.27%. (T2)

The decline reflects continued volatility in regional palm oil pricing as authorities monitor market movements and processing margins across the supply chain.
