InfoSAWIT, PONTIANAK – The Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Pricing Team of West Kalimantan Province has officially raised the price of oil palm fresh fruit bunches for the second period of May 2026, covering payments for May 8–15, 2026 deliveries.
Under the latest decision, the FFB price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years increased by Rp22.07/kg to Rp3,705.96/kg.
According to data obtained by InfoSAWIT from the West Kalimantan Plantation and Livestock Agency, FFB prices for younger plantations were also set at varying levels. Oil palm trees aged three years were priced at Rp2,785.85/kg, four years at Rp2,988.17/kg, five years at Rp3,204.50/kg, six years at Rp3,341.37/kg, seven years at Rp3,461.48/kg, eight years at Rp3,560.69/kg, and nine years at Rp3,627.71/kg.
Meanwhile, FFB prices for older plantations were set at Rp3,662.70/kg for 21-year-old trees, Rp3,630.61/kg for 22 years, Rp3,585.96/kg for 23 years, Rp3,448.29/kg for 24 years, and Rp3,397.59/kg for 25-year-old trees.
The provincial pricing team also set crude palm oil (CPO) prices at Rp15,099.85/kg and palm kernel prices at Rp15,164.96/kg, with the K index recorded at 92.40%.
The latest pricing reflects ongoing adjustments in the palm oil market as regional authorities continue monitoring commodity movements and processing margins. (T2)
