InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) were set at Rp15,100/kg on Wednesday (May 13, 2026), down Rp50/kg or approximately 0.33% from Rp15,150/kg recorded on Tuesday (May 12, 2026).

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the Franco Dumai CPO price was set at Rp15,100/kg. Meanwhile, the Loco Parindu CPO tender opened at Rp14,750/kg but was later withdrawn (WD), with the highest bid recorded at Rp14,353/kg.

Meanwhile, crude palm oil futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange weakened again on Wednesday trading amid slowing demand from the world’s two largest buyers, India and China. The pressure pushed the market to its lowest closing level in two months.

According to Reuters, the benchmark July 2026 CPO futures contract fell RM41 per ton, or about 0.91%, to close at RM4,440 per metric ton, marking the weakest closing price since March 10.

Data from the Solvent Extractors’ Association of India showed that India’s palm oil imports plunged 26% in April 2026 to the lowest level in four months. The decline was driven by weak institutional demand and rising CPO prices, which narrowed the price gap with competing vegetable oils.

In other vegetable oil markets, the most-active soybean oil contract on the Dalian exchange slipped 0.04%, while palm oil futures on the same exchange fell 1.28%. Meanwhile, soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade edged up 0.11%.
