Teladan Prima Agro Accelerates Expansion, Targets Stronger Performance in 2026

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) continues to strengthen its business strategy through productivity improvements, inorganic expansion, and infrastructure development to drive sustainable growth.

SVP Corporate Strategy and Head of Corporate Finance, Wasisto Budi S, stated that the company aims to increase production volume by optimizing FFB sourcing from plasma and independent smallholders surrounding its mills.

“Production growth is driven by sourcing FFB from plasma and independent farmers near our mills as part of the company’s sustainability practices,” he said during the Annual General Meeting press conference attended by InfoSAWIT.

The company is also focused on maintaining financial performance by improving profitability, liquidity, and solvency to ensure stability amid industry dynamics.

In terms of expansion, TLDN is targeting inorganic growth through acquisitions of palm oil companies to strengthen its production capacity and business portfolio.

“We continue to explore acquisition opportunities to accelerate inorganic growth and enhance production capacity,” he added.

On the operational side, the company is investing in infrastructure, including a Palm Kernel Crushing (PKC) facility worth US$50–60 million and a biogas power plant valued at US$40–50 million, supporting sustainability and downstream development.

Additionally, TLDN is constructing a second palm oil mill to boost processing capacity and support long-term growth.

The company remains optimistic about 2026, projecting production growth of 5–10% compared to 2025, with revenue and profit also expected to increase by around 10%. (T2)
