InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk has approved dividend distribution and board restructuring during its Annual General Meeting held in Jakarta.

Quoted by InfoSAWIT from the company’s official statement on Wednesday (April 15, 2026), shareholders approved dividends totaling Rp881.5 billion or Rp458 per share.

The remaining Rp644.8 billion will be distributed on May 13, 2026.

The meeting also approved the appointment of Muhammad Guruh replacing Eko Prasetyo.

The updated board structure is expected to strengthen the company’s future strategy amid evolving industry dynamics. (T2)
