InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) approved a cash dividend distribution of Rp701.05 billion for the 2025 financial year.

Quote InfoSAWIT from the company’s RUPST press conference, on Thursday (April 16, 2026), the dividend increased 74.7% year-on-year.

SVP Corporate Strategy Wasisto Budi S stated that the dividend includes Rp200.67 billion in interim dividends, with Rp500.38 billion remaining as final dividend.

“This dividend reflects the company’s solid performance and commitment to delivering value to shareholders,” he said.

The payout ratio stands at 63.4% of net profit, which reached Rp1.11 trillion. (T2)
