InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Efforts to accelerate digital transformation in the plantation sector continue through technology-driven human resource development. The Citra Widya Edukasi Palm Oil Polytechnic (Poltek CWE) has officially joined the Academic Regeneration Program of the mySAP365 Copilot AI Developer Team Batch-2.

Reported by InfoSAWIT from an official statement by mySAP365, on Thursday (April 9, 2026), a total of 35 BPDPKS scholarship recipients from the second batch across Indonesia are participating in the program.

The students, majoring in Plantation IT – Software Engineering, are being prepared as digital talents for the agribusiness sector, particularly the palm oil industry.

This initiative represents a strategic step to empower Generation Z with expertise in plantation-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Participants also gain direct access to the DevAgro Foundry AI mySAP365 platform, specifically designed for the national plantation industry.

Saiful Bahri, representative of PT Lembaga Aplikasi Teknologi (LAT) Trisakti, emphasized that this collaboration is not merely an academic initiative but a long-term investment in building a digital ecosystem for the plantation sector.

“This regeneration program for mySAP365 Copilot AI developers is a strategic step to produce high-quality digital talent ready to support technology-based transformation in Indonesia’s plantation industry,” he stated.

Participants will also undergo internships at plantation companies partnered with mySAP365, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in ERP system development and implementation.

Through collaboration between educational institutions, technology developers, and industry players, the program is expected to foster sustainable innovation and enhance the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s plantation sector. (T2)
