Palm Oil Stocks Move Mixed, AALI and LSIP Gain Amid Broader Pressure

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Shares of palm oil plantation companies showed mixed movements in the latest trading session, with some stocks posting gains while others came under pressure.

As reported by InfoSAWIT from Google Finance on Friday (March 27, 2026), shares of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) rose 0.68% to Rp7,400 per share. Gains were also recorded by PT Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP), which climbed 2.23% to Rp1,375 per share.

Meanwhile, PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMAR) advanced 1.01% to Rp4,990, followed by PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP) which increased 1.65% to Rp615 per share. PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (STAA) also gained 2.08% to Rp1,225.

On the downside, shares of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) fell 0.31% to Rp1,595, while PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) declined 1.26% to Rp5,875 per share.

Meanwhile, PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) remained unchanged at Rp625 per share, reflecting a wait-and-see stance among investors toward the sector.

Shares of PT Pulau Subur Tbk (PTPS) posted a slight increase of 0.52% to Rp192 per share.

Market participants believe that movements in palm oil stocks are still influenced by fluctuations in global crude palm oil (CPO) prices, exchange rates, and demand prospects from major importing countries. As a result, investors tend to be selective in accumulating plantation sector stocks. (T2)
