Mohammad Abdul Ghani Appointed President Director of Agrinas Palma Nusantara

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) has officially appointed a new board of directors as part of efforts to strengthen corporate management and governance in Indonesia’s plantation sector, particularly the palm oil industry.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT on Friday (March 13, 2026), the leadership restructuring aims to support business expansion and improve operational effectiveness within the state-owned plantation company.

In the new structure, Mohammad Abdul Ghani has been appointed President Director of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero).

Before leading Agrinas Palma Nusantara, Abdul Ghani built a long career in Indonesia’s plantation sector. He previously served as President Director of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) and has extensive experience managing state-owned plantation enterprises.

His experience is expected to help strengthen the company’s business performance while accelerating its transformation in the plantation sector.

The newly appointed directors include:

Sucipto Prayitno – Director of Finance and Risk Management

Nurhidayat – Director of Business

Nofil Anoverta – Director of Compliance and Sustainability

Tuhu Bangun – Director of Operations

I Nyoman Suparta – Director of Legal Affairs

Seger Budiardjo – Director of Partnership and Plasma Development

With the new board structure in place, Agrinas Palma Nusantara is expected to strengthen corporate management while accelerating the development of a competitive and sustainable national plantation business. (T2)
