KPBN CPO Price Slips on February 26 as Malaysian Palm Oil Market Remains Weak

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) price at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at Rp14,225/kg on Thursday (February 26, 2026), down Rp40/kg or approximately 0.28% from Rp14,265/kg on Wednesday.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara, Franco Belawan & Dumai CPO was priced at Rp14,225/kg, while Franco Talang Duku was set at Rp14,025/kg.

Meanwhile, Bernama reported that CPO futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed lower on Thursday amid concerns over weaker export demand and a stronger ringgit.

At the close:

March 2026 fell RM63 to RM3,955 per ton

April 2026 declined RM50 to RM3,996 per ton

May 2026 dropped RM48 to RM4,005 per ton

June 2026 eased RM47 to RM4,006 per ton

July 2026 slipped RM45 to RM4,003 per ton

August 2026 decreased RM43 to RM3,998 per ton

Trading volume increased to 61,228 lots from 59,677 lots previously, while open interest rose to 227,240 contracts from 221,625.

Physical CPO prices for March delivery in the Southern region fell RM40 to RM4,020 per ton. (T2)
