InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices set by PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) rose to Rp14,185/kg on Tuesday (Feb 24, 2026), marking an increase of Rp85/kg or approximately 0.60% compared to Rp14,100/kg recorded a day earlier.
According to KPBN data, the Franco Dumai CPO price was set at Rp14,185/kg, while Franco Teluk Bayur stood at Rp14,055/kg.
However, trading on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed lower on the same day, influenced by expectations of weaker export performance in the coming weeks, as reported by Bernama.
CPO Futures Contracts Movement
At the close of trading, the March 2026 contract fell RM34 to RM4,017 per tonne, while April 2026 declined RM33 to RM4,048 per tonne and May 2026 dropped RM30 to RM4,053 per tonne.
The June 2026 contract slipped RM28 to RM4,054 per tonne, July 2026 edged down RM22 to RM4,052 per tonne, and August 2026 decreased RM24 to RM4,049 per tonne.
Trading volume increased to 67,160 lots from 62,122 previously, while open interest rose to 223,235 contracts from 221,427. (T2)
