InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU — The price of independent smallholder fresh fruit bunches (FFB) in Riau Province increased for the period of January 14–20, 2026, following the latest official pricing decision issued by the provincial authority.
Based on the letter No. 01 on the Determination of Palm Oil FFB Prices for the January 14–20 period, the pricing team agreed that the FFB price for 9-year-old palms rose Rp57.98 per kilogram to Rp3,468.17/kg.
According to InfoSAWIT’s review of data from the Riau Provincial Plantation Agency, FFB prices for other age categories were set as follows: 3-year-old palms Rp2,681.14/kg, 4-year-old Rp2,993.11/kg, 5-year-old Rp3,215.18/kg, 6-year-old Rp3,339.97/kg, 7-year-old Rp3,414.90/kg, and 8-year-old Rp3,456.57/kg.
Meanwhile, 9-year-old palms were priced at Rp3,468.17/kg, while 10–20-year-old palms were set at Rp3,430.63/kg. Prices for older palm age groups were also determined, with 21-year-old palms at Rp3,371.50/kg, 22-year-old at Rp3,303.79/kg, 23-year-old at Rp3,226.81/kg, 24-year-old at Rp3,168.58/kg, and 25-year-old palms at Rp3,120.71/kg.
The official pricing formula also set the crude palm oil (CPO) reference price at Rp14,204.34/kg, palm kernel at Rp11,785.47/kg, and shell value at Rp25.78/kg, with the K Index recorded at 93.17%. (T2)
