InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) has officially launched its Integrated Procurement System (IPS), a digital procurement platform designed to improve transparency, efficiency, accountability, and compliance across the company's goods and services procurement process.
The launch of the IPS on Monday (July 6, 2026) marks a significant milestone in the company's digital transformation strategy while reinforcing the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles throughout its operations.
The new platform integrates every stage of the procurement process—from procurement planning and vendor selection to contract management, monitoring, and documentation—creating a faster, more transparent, and fully traceable procurement system.
Beyond enhancing corporate governance, the digital platform also broadens access for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) as well as local suppliers, particularly those operating near the company's business areas. Through the IPS, prospective vendors can register and update their company profiles entirely online, simplifying participation in Agrinas Palma Nusantara's supply chain.
President Director Mohammad Abdul Ghani said the implementation of the Integrated Procurement System represents more than a technological upgrade, describing it as a fundamental transformation in corporate governance aimed at building a professional, ethical, and highly competitive organization.
He emphasized that procurement activities must be conducted through transparent, accountable, and system-driven processes capable of minimizing external intervention while strengthening corporate integrity.
According to Abdul Ghani, every procurement decision should also adhere to the Business Judgment Rule, supported by comprehensive analysis, prudent risk mitigation, sound decision-making, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest.
"The broader the participation of suppliers—including MSMEs and local businesses—the healthier the competition will be, enabling the company to obtain the best quality goods and services at the most competitive cost," Abdul Ghani said in an official statement received by InfoSAWIT on Tuesday (July 7, 2026).
He added that digital governance has become a key foundation in supporting the government's strategic agenda on national food and energy security while ensuring that all business activities are carried out in accordance with GCG principles and generate sustainable value for stakeholders.
Meanwhile, Erry Herman, Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, explained that the IPS improves procurement efficiency through an integrated workflow and a clearer division of responsibilities between headquarters and regional offices.
The system enables procurement activities to be monitored in real time, ensuring that every transaction is properly documented, completed more efficiently, and executed in line with good corporate governance standards.
Seger Budiarjo, Director of Partnerships and Plasma, said the platform will continue to evolve in line with the company's operational requirements. Future enhancements will include additional procurement modules, expanded databases, and new digital features to improve user experience and make participation easier for suppliers, particularly MSMEs and local business partners.
Looking ahead, Agrinas Palma Nusantara reaffirmed its commitment to continuously developing integrated digital systems that strengthen corporate governance, improve operational excellence, and create long-term value for stakeholders. The initiative also supports the Indonesian government's broader objectives of enhancing national food and energy security through a modern, transparent, and sustainable state-owned enterprise.
