InfoSAWIT, BANDA ACEH – Palm oil smallholders in Aceh will receive higher Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for the second half of June, with plantations aged between 10 and 20 years recording the highest rates.

The Aceh Provincial FFB Pricing Team set the benchmark price for the June 17–30, 2026 period at Rp3,537 per kilogram in the eastern region and Rp3,476 per kilogram in the western region.

According to data obtained by InfoSAWIT from the Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Agency, the reference crude palm oil (CPO) price was established at Rp15,136.16 per kilogram, while palm kernel prices were set at Rp12,537.27 per kilogram.

The K index, a key component in calculating smallholder FFB prices, was determined at 89.38 percent for eastern Aceh and 87.84 percent for western Aceh.

Independent smallholders producing 100 percent tenera fruit were assigned benchmark prices of Rp3,241 per kilogram in eastern Aceh and Rp3,185 per kilogram in western Aceh.

The relatively strong FFB prices reflect robust domestic CPO values, which continue to remain above Rp15,000 per kilogram. Market participants are also closely monitoring the upcoming implementation of Indonesia’s B50 biodiesel mandate, scheduled to begin in July 2026, which is expected to boost domestic palm oil consumption.
