DSNG Declares Rp498 Billion Dividend Following Approval of 2026 Annual Meeting Resolutions

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) approved all resolutions presented at the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), including the distribution of Rp498 billion in cash dividends.

The meeting, held at Harris Hotel & Conventions Kelapa Gading in North Jakarta, was chaired by President Commissioner Adi Resanata Somadi Halim.

A total of 10.02 billion shares, representing approximately 94.55% of voting rights, were present or represented during the meeting.

One of the key resolutions approved was the adoption of the company's audited consolidated financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, along with the allocation of net profit, including a dividend payment of Rp47 per share.

President Director Andrianto Oetomo said DSNG remained focused on strengthening its business fundamentals through prudent management practices, improved productivity, operational efficiency, and enhanced implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

"Throughout 2025, the company faced various challenges stemming from geopolitical tensions, persistent inflationary pressures, and ongoing trade uncertainties. Despite these conditions, we maintained business resilience and remained committed to delivering sustainable growth," Andrianto said in an official statement.

The company continued to strengthen its performance across its palm oil, wood products, and renewable energy businesses while upholding sustainability principles.

DSNG's efforts were recognized internationally, with the company once again being included in Forbes Asia's Best Under A Billion and the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 rankings.

Looking ahead, DSNG said it would continue prioritizing sustainable growth through stronger operations, a culture of continuous improvement, and more adaptive risk management practices.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to creating long-term value for shareholders while maintaining a balance between business expansion and sustainability initiatives across its operations. (T2)
