InfoSAWIT, SAMARINDA – The Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) price for oil palm in East Kalimantan increased during the first pricing period of March 2026.
Referring to the decision of the East Kalimantan Provincial FFB Price Determination Team for the period of March 1–15, 2026, the price of oil palm aged over 10 years rose by Rp13.9 per kilogram to Rp3,266.40/kg.
According to InfoSAWIT’s review of an official letter from the East Kalimantan Provincial Plantation Office, the FFB prices for various palm tree ages are as follows: three-year-old palms Rp2,875.21/kg; four-year-old palms Rp3,064.31/kg; five-year-old palms Rp3,084.55/kg; six-year-old palms Rp3,118.18/kg; seven-year-old palms Rp3,137.34/kg; and eight-year-old palms Rp3,160.65/kg.
Meanwhile, FFB from nine-year-old palms is priced at Rp3,228.61/kg, while palms older than ten years reach Rp3,266.40/kg.
The price of crude palm oil (CPO) was set at Rp13,998.76/kg and palm kernel at Rp12,407.74/kg, with the K index recorded at 88.70%.
