North Sumatra FFB Price for 4–10 March 2026 Rises Rp21.18 per Kg

InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – The price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm in North Sumatra Province increased for the period of 4–10 March 2026, according to the provincial FFB pricing team.

Based on the official decision, the FFB price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years rose Rp21.18 per kilogram, reaching Rp3,593.33 per kg.

According to data obtained by InfoSAWIT from the North Sumatra Plantation and Livestock Agency, the FFB prices by plant age are as follows:
3-year-old palms Rp3,031.15/kg; 4 years Rp3,232.40/kg; 5 years Rp3,343.93/kg; 6 years Rp3,441.71/kg; 7 years Rp3,412.35/kg; and 8 years Rp3,532.66/kg.

Meanwhile, FFB from 9-year-old palms is priced at Rp3,564.35/kg, while trees aged 10–20 years are set at Rp3,593.33/kg. For older palms, the prices are Rp3,598.47/kg for 21 years, Rp3,565.80/kg for 22 years, Rp3,514.85/kg for 23 years, Rp3,407.66/kg for 24 years, and Rp3,309.19/kg for 25 years.

Prices for older plantations continue to decline gradually, with 26-year-old palms priced at Rp3,283.48/kg, 27 years Rp3,235.65/kg, 28 years Rp3,185.18/kg, 29 years Rp3,133.30/kg, and 30 years Rp3,081.43/kg.

The crude palm oil (CPO) reference price was set at Rp14,278.19 per kg, while the kernel price reached Rp13,343.09 per kg, with a K index of 92.54%. (T2)
