InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at Rp14,245/kg on Monday (July 14, 2025), marking an increase of approximately Rp95/kg or 0.67% compared to the highest CPO price offered on Friday (July 11, 2025), which reached Rp14,150/kg.
According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the CPO price for Franco Belawan, Kuala Tanjung & Dumai was set at Rp14,245/kg.
Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, the price of crude palm oil (CPO) on the Malaysian Exchange strengthened again on Monday (July 14, 2025), in line with the upward trend of vegetable oils in the global market and the weakening of the ringgit, which enhances the competitiveness of exports from Malaysia.
The benchmark CPO contract for September 2025 delivery on the Malaysian Derivatives Exchange rose RM32 per ton, or 0.77%, to RM4,206 per metric ton (approximately US$989.41) during the midday trading session.
In line with the strengthening in Malaysia, international vegetable oil prices also showed a positive trend. The most active soybean oil contract on the Dalian Exchange in China rose by 0.25%, while its palm oil contract increased by 0.62%.
Meanwhile, soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) also experienced a slight increase of 0.02%, reflecting widespread market optimism in the global vegetable oil sector.
