InfoSAWIT, MAMUJU – The Legal Bureau of West Sulawesi Secretariat did a meeting to decide index performance “P” and fresh fruit bunch (FFB) price in September 2024 that the smallholders produced in the province. The meeting was attended by the formulator of law, Ariani; legal analyst, Ulwiah Sawabi, and other staffs. It was the order of Head in duty of Legal Bureau West Sulawesi Secretariat, Nuryani.
The meeting was decided by Head of Marketing and Process, Agustina, attended by FFB team decision.
Ariani thought, the regular meeting would be about to confirm the protection to the planters FFB normal price and prevent the unhealthy competition in the trade.
As InfoSAWIT quoted from the official page of West Sulawesi Province, Monday (14/10/2024), the meeting came to a conclusion that the FFB would be Rp. 2.711.80 per kilogram or increased Rp. 81,35 from the previous month that was Rp. 2.630,42 per kilogram. Index "P" would be 87,66 percent. Crude Palm Oil (CPO) would be at Rp. 12.523,73 and palm kernel would be Rp. 7.864,41. The FFB price decision would be available since on 9 October 2024 until the next month – decision.
