InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Indonesia’s crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) ended in withdrawal (WD) on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, with the highest bid reaching Rp14,888 per kilogram. The bid was Rp130 per kilogram, or 0.87%, lower than Monday’s highest bid of Rp15,018 per kilogram.
According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the Franco Dumai CPO tender opened at Rp15,000 per kilogram before being withdrawn, with the highest bid recorded at Rp14,888 per kilogram.
At FOB Talang Duku, the opening price stood at Rp14,750 per kilogram, while the highest bid reached Rp14,638 per kilogram before the tender was withdrawn. At Loco PKS Ngabang, the opening price was Rp14,625 per kilogram, with the highest bid at Rp14,513 per kilogram.
Meanwhile, trading in Malaysian palm oil futures weakened by more than 1% at the opening on Tuesday, extending losses for a second consecutive session amid pressure from competing vegetable oils and lower crude oil prices.
According to Reuters, the benchmark January 2027 palm oil contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM80 per tonne, or 1.67%, to RM4,709 per tonne in early trading, equivalent to US$1,152.75 per tonne.
The weakness in Malaysian futures added to concerns over near-term price movements in the regional palm oil market.
