Environment Law Is not Simple

JAKARTA - The Judge in High Court of Brazil, Prof. Antonio Herman Benjamin mentioned, environment is the one basic thing to what we will do. So to protect the environment conservation, such as the forest, cannot be done for economical reasons only. “The forest is the most important thing for the next generation,” he said it when being a note speaker in a seminar “Trends in Environmental Law: A Comparative Law Perspective” in Mayapada Tower II, Jakarta, on April. According to the professor of Catholic University of Brasilia School of Law, the environment is a complex problem so the environment law is not simple problem. When talking or discussing about environment in the law perspective, it will be difficult to explain. “We are talking about law globally, not in one certain country,” he explained to InfoSAWIT.  T3
