InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at Rp14,711/kg on Tuesday (October 21, 2025), thus the CPO price recorded an increase of Rp100/kg or about 0.68% compared to the highest CPO offer price on Monday (October 20, 2025) which reached Rp14,602/kg.

From information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the CPO price Franco Belawan & Dumai was set at Rp14,711/kg. The CPO price Talang Duku opened at Rp14,511/kg, but a Withdraw (WD) occurred with the highest CPO offer price Rp14,438/kg.

Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, crude palm oil (CPO) prices in Bursa Malaysia strengthened in trading on Tuesday (October 21, 2025), along with increasing market optimism towards positive export data and strengthening soybean oil (soyoil) prices on the Dalian and Chicago exchanges.

The futures contract price for palm oil delivery in January 2026 on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange recorded an increase of RM43 per ton or 0.95% to RM4,556 ringgit per ton (around US$1,078.60) in the midday trading session.

Furthermore, soybean oil prices on the Dalian Commodity Exchange also strengthened by 0.22%, while palm oil contract prices on the same exchange increased by 0.09%. On the other hand, soyoil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) also strengthened by 0.1%, providing additional support for palm oil movements.

Based on Intertek Testing Services data, Malaysian palm oil product exports from October 1–20, 2025 increased by 3.4% to 1,044,784 metric tons, compared to 1,010,032 metric tons in the same period of the previous month.

Optimism also increased after CBOT soybean futures reached their highest level in one month, driven by new hopes for trade talks between the United States and China.
