InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) experienced a withdrawal, with the highest offer price set at Rp 14,415/kg on Friday (August 15, 2025). This marks an increase of approximately Rp 18/kg, or 0.13%, compared to the highest offer price of Rp 14,397/kg recorded on Thursday (August 14, 2025).

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT from KPBN, the CPO price for Franco Belawan opened at Rp 14,705/kg but saw a withdrawal, with the highest offer price at Rp 14,415/kg. Similarly, the CPO price for Franco Dumai opened at Rp 14,705/kg, but also experienced a withdrawal, with the highest offer price at Rp 14,395/kg.

Meanwhile, Reuters reported that palm oil futures contracts on Bursa Malaysia saw a slight increase on Friday (August 15, 2025), remaining on track for a second consecutive weekly gain. Market participants are awaiting the release of export data for further market direction signals.

The benchmark palm oil contract for October 2025 delivery on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose by RM 9 per ton, or 0.2%, to RM 4,412 (US$1,046.24) per ton at midday. Throughout the week, prices have strengthened by 3.69%.

On the Dalian exchange, the most actively traded soyoil contract (DBYcv1) fell by 0.37%, while palm oil prices weakened by 0.57%. Soyoil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade also saw a slight correction of 0.17%.
