InfoSAWIT, PALEMBANG — The Friendly Palm Oil Movement for Women Workers continues to expand to various palm oil-producing provinces, promoting gender equality and social protection for women workers. In South Sumatra, this initiative was realized through the launch of the Gender Equity in Business Initiatives Enthusiast (GEBIE), which was inaugurated alongside the provision of BPJS Employment protection for 1,000 informal women workers in the palm oil sector.

InfoSAWIT, PEKANBARU — Referring to the results from the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) price determination team for the Riau Province Plasma Palm Oil, based on the Fresh Palm Oil Price Determination Letter No. 28 for the period of August 13-19, 2025, it has been agreed that the price of 9-year-old palm oil in Riau has increased by Rp 22.79/Kg to Rp 3,631.58/kg.

The Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil Farmers Forum (FORTASBI) believes that the four years leading up to the ISPO deadline is a short time, thus massive support must be provided.
