InfoSAWIT, MEDAN – The Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) price-setting team of North Sumatra has agreed to raise benchmark palm oil FFB prices for the 21–27 January 2026 period.
FFB prices for trees aged 10–20 years increased by Rp 22.93/kg, reaching Rp 3,517.61/kg.
Based on InfoSAWIT’s review of data from the North Sumatra Plantation and Livestock Office, the FFB price list by age group is as follows:
3 years: Rp 2,726.03/kg
4 years: Rp 2,984.86/kg
5 years: Rp 3,161.34/kg
6 years: Rp 3,250.79/kg
7 years: Rp 3,280.13/kg
8 years: Rp 3,367.68/kg
9 years: Rp 3,431.23/kg
Meanwhile, prices for older age groups were set at:
10–20 years: Rp 3,517.61/kg
21 years: Rp 3,510.49/kg
22 years: Rp 3,463.98/kg
23 years: Rp 3,429.43/kg
24 years: Rp 3,315.14/kg
25 years: Rp 3,212.81/kg
In the same decision, the benchmark CPO price was set at Rp 14,318.58/kg, while the kernel price was fixed at Rp 11,756.42/kg, with an index K of 92.81%. (T2)
