Teladan Prima Agro Wins Forbes Asia’s ‘Best Under A Billion,’ Demonstrating Consistent Growth and Governance

InfoSAWIT, SINGAPORE — PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) has reaffirmed its standing as one of Indonesia’s most promising public companies after receiving the Best Under A Billion award from Forbes Asia on 25 November 2025. The award was presented by Christopher Forbes, Vice Chairman of Forbes Media, to Mahirudin, Director of Finance, Accounting, and Tax, during the Forbes Asia Best Under A Billion Forum & Awards Dinner at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore.

The prestigious selection evaluated more than 19,000 public companies in the Asia-Pacific with revenues between US$10 million and US$1 billion in FY2024. Only 200 companies made the final list, including just 10 from Indonesia—TLDN among them.

The selection process employed a composite quantitative score assessing debt growth, revenue, net profit, earnings per share over one to three years, and five-year average equity. Qualitative filters were then applied to ensure companies demonstrated strong governance and no major environmental, management, or legal infractions.

Mahirudin said the award reflects TLDN’s long-standing discipline in maintaining prudent, transparent financial management.

Strong Business Momentum

In FY2024, TLDN posted revenues of Rp 4.21 trillion and net profits of Rp 825.59 billion—growing 5.1% and 82.7% year-on-year, respectively.

Positive momentum continued into January–September 2025, with revenues reaching Rp 3.81 trillion (up 32.9% YoY) and net profits rising to Rp 829.31 billion (up 110.5% YoY).

With solid fundamentals and measured expansion strategies, TLDN aims to maintain sustainable growth while reinforcing its contribution to the national economy. (T2)
