High Productivity Drives CSRA’s Business Growth, Net Profit Soars 70%

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA — PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk. (CSRA) continued to record stellar performance during the first nine months of 2025. Operational efficiency and consistent innovation boosted sales growth and strengthened the company’s business fundamentals.

In a press statement received by InfoSAWIT on Monday (10/11/2025), CSRA management reported that financial performance up to Q3/2025 showed significant improvement. Revenue reached Rp 1.33 trillion, a sharp increase from Rp 758.78 billion in the same period last year.

The growth was supported by higher CPO and kernel production, as all three of the company’s palm oil mills operated at full capacity, alongside rising average selling prices. CPO prices rose about 15.7% year-on-year, while FFB and kernel prices increased by 24.3% and 69.4% respectively.

“This increase is the result of cost-efficiency strategies, productivity improvements, and disciplined risk management,” CSRA management stated.

Higher Plantation Productivity
The company expects its production growth trend to continue in the long term as most of its plantations enter prime productive age. CSRA has also been actively conducting sustainable replanting programs using high-yield seed varieties to maintain competitiveness.

Measured fertilization and the implementation of good agricultural practices (GAP) have improved fresh fruit bunch (FFB) yields to 14.1 tons per hectare, up from 13.6 tons per hectare in the same period last year.

“A disciplined agronomic approach remains the key to sustaining long-term productivity and operational resilience,” management added.

CSRA also continues to enhance its integrated risk management framework across all operations, ensuring business sustainability and resilience amid market fluctuations.

Significant Profit Growth
Tighter cost control and higher sales volumes lifted gross profit by 38.4% to Rp 479.26 billion in 9M25, compared to Rp 346.38 billion in 9M24. Despite a decline in gross margin to 35.9% from 45.6%, overall profitability remained strong.

Operating profit rose 43.9% to Rp 302.42 billion, with a margin of 22.7%. Net profit jumped 70.6% to Rp 213.92 billion, up from Rp 125.39 billion in 9M24 — reflecting the effectiveness of CSRA’s sustainable business strategy.

“We remain committed to maintaining this positive momentum by prioritizing efficiency, innovation, and environmental responsibility. High productivity will continue to underpin our long-term growth and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders,” said Seman Sendjaja, CSRA’s Director of Finance and Strategic Development.
