DSNG Records 51% Profit Increase in Q3 2025, Palm Oil Performance Becomes Main Support

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) recorded solid financial performance up to Q3 2025. Amid fluctuating global market conditions, the Company successfully booked consolidated revenue of Rp 8.9 trillion, growing 25% year-on-year (YoY).

This growth was driven by the palm oil segment which remains the backbone of DSNG's business with a contribution of around 88% to total revenue. The wood products segment contributed 11%, while renewable energy contributed 1.7%.

DSNG President Director Andrianto Oetomo explained that this positive performance also boosted the Company's net profit to Rp 1.3 trillion, or up 51% YoY. “The increase in average selling price (ASP) of palm oil products and operational efficiency across all business lines became the main factors for profit growth,” he said in an official statement received by InfoSAWIT, Friday (24/10/2025).

Palm Oil as Main Driver Palm oil segment revenue was recorded at Rp 7.8 trillion, soaring 27.8% YoY. This increase was triggered by ASP increases in all main products: CPO up 16.3%, palm kernel up 80.5%, and PKO up 82.8%, accompanied by sales volume increases of around 5%.

From the production side, fresh fruit bunches (FFB) increased 4% YoY to 1.6 million tons, while CPO production rose 3.9% YoY. Product quality was also maintained with Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels stable at 3% and Oil Extraction Rate (OER) reaching 23.37%.

From the wood products segment, DSNG recorded revenue of Rp 948.8 billion, up 9.2% YoY. This performance was supported by sales volume increases in panels by 9.9% and engineered flooring by 3.2%. Although global demand is starting to improve, this sector still faces external challenges such as US trade tariffs and global geopolitical tensions.

Meanwhile, the renewable energy segment booked Rp 148.9 billion, or down 8.3% YoY, due to temporary declines in biomass volume and selling prices in the Japanese market. Nevertheless, wood pellet products that started commercial operations since early this year successfully sold 13,700 tons at an average price of US$120 per ton, providing additional contribution to this segment's revenue.

Strong Financial Fundamentals As of September 30, 2025, DSNG's total assets were recorded at Rp 17.2 trillion, down slightly 1% YoY, along with cash usage for dividend payments and maturity bond repayments in July 2025. Total liabilities decreased 17% YoY thanks to deleveraging strategies or early debt repayments, while total equity rose 11% YoY to Rp 10.9 trillion, reflecting healthy financial fundamentals and careful capital management policies.

For its consistency in maintaining financial and operational performance, DSNG once again entered the Forbes Asia’s 200 Under a Billion 2025 list, which highlights 200 public companies in the Asia Pacific with revenues under US$1 billion but showing sustainable growth.

This recognition is proof of DSNG's commitment to continuously strengthen corporate governance, improve operational efficiency, and fulfill environmental responsibilities across all business lines. (T2)
