InfoSAWIT, SUBULUSSALAM – The price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) of palm oil in Subulussalam City, Aceh Province, continues to show a positive trend. Based on official data from the Subulussalam City Agriculture, Plantation, and Fisheries Office (Distanbunkan) as of October 13, 2025, FFB prices at several palm oil mills in Region II have broken the Rp 3,000 per kilogram mark.

The latest price list, reported by InfoSAWIT from the Subulussalam City Agriculture and Plantation Office, noted that PT Samudera Sawit Nabati Singgersing set the FFB price at Rp 3,060/kg, followed by PT Mandiri Sawit Bersama at Rp 3,220/kg. Meanwhile, PT Bangun Sempurna Lestari set its price at Rp 2,980/kg. For loose palm oil fruit, PT Bensuli Salam Makmur recorded the highest price at Rp 4,180/kg.

This price increase is positively welcomed by palm oil farmers in Subulussalam, who hope the strengthening trend will last until the end of the year. With prices now exceeding Rp 3,000/kg, the income of palm oil farmers in Subulussalam is expected to increase, providing a fresh boost to the smallholder plantation sector in the Aceh–North Sumatra border region.
