Agrinas Palma Nusantara Inaugurates E-Procurement System to Enhance Transparency

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) officially launched its new e-Procurement system on Thursday, September 4, 2025. This innovation is a strategic step in the company's digital transformation, aimed at strengthening procurement governance to be more transparent, accountable, and efficient.

Since the beginning of September, all company units have been required to submit requests for goods and services through the digital system. This new mechanism is expected to accelerate processes, streamline workflows, and create a more integrated procurement system.

"The launch of this e-Procurement system is one of the first steps in our long journey of digital transformation. Agrinas Palma is committed to building a state-owned enterprise that is modern, transparent, and adaptable to the times," said the President Director of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara, General TNI (ret.) Agus Sutomo, in a statement to InfoSAWIT on Sunday (9/7/2025).

 

Modernizing Governance

As a relatively new state-owned enterprise, Agrinas Palma has made system modernization a priority. The implementation of e-Procurement is expected not only to increase effectiveness and efficiency but also to strengthen the company's integrity. This move also provides more equitable opportunities for partners and vendors.

The digital system will also help the company manage its budget more effectively, in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) that have been the foundation of its operations since its inception. To ensure a smooth transition, management has conducted socialization and training sessions for all work units.

The benefits of implementing e-Procurement include, transparency and integrity in every procurement process, time efficiency and accelerated business processes, more equitable access for partners and vendors. And more effective and accountable budget management.

PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise in the palm oil sector. Its presence is part of the government's commitment to realizing the President's Asta Cita (Eight Ideals), particularly concerning energy self-sufficiency, food security, and strengthening the national economy based on sustainable natural resources.
