InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA — PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) reaffirms its commitment to the principles of good corporate governance by firmly rejecting all forms of cooperation through intermediaries or fee-based recruitment practices.
This statement was made directly by Senior Executive Vice President Corporate Secretary & ESG of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara, Okky Suryono, in an official statement quoted by InfoSAWIT on Friday (August 1, 2025). According to him, all operational cooperation (KSO) and partnerships established by the company are conducted directly without involving third parties.
“We have never appointed intermediaries or representatives in establishing cooperation. If anyone claims to represent Agrinas to offer cooperation, it is certainly false and misleading,” emphasized Okky.
As a state-owned enterprise tasked with managing ex-HGU land, Agrinas Palma opens the door for cooperation with various parties such as business entities, cooperatives, farmer groups, and MSME actors. However, all processes are carried out based on thorough business studies and are oriented towards professionalism.
“Our partnerships are conducted with a fair and transparent business-to-business approach,” he added.
Furthermore, the company emphasizes that there are no fees of any kind in the cooperation process. If any party requests a deposit or fee claiming to represent Agrinas Palma, it is illegal and constitutes a form of gratification.
“We have implemented an anti-bribery management system ISO 37001:2016 and are committed to maintaining integrity in all operational lines,” said Okky.
Regarding the profit-sharing from cooperation, the company explained that the profit-sharing scheme is determined based on the characteristics of each land and the form of cooperation agreed upon. There is no uniform approach, as each location has different conditions and challenges.
To establish partnerships, prospective partners can directly communicate with the working units under the Business and Commercial Directorate of Agrinas Palma.
Beware of Recruitment Scams
In addition to partnerships, Agrinas also warns the public about the rampant scams using the company's name in recruitment processes. Okky emphasized that they only announce job vacancies through the official website www.agrinaspalma.id and the company's official social media channels.
“We never charge fees in the recruitment process. The public is urged to be cautious and not to trust information from outside official channels,” he stressed.
Agrinas Palma also stated its readiness to take legal action against anyone who misuses the company's name for personal gain.
In a recent case of fake recruitment, the Agrinas Communication and Institutional Relations Division successfully took down several scam accounts in coordination with the Ministry of Information and Digital (Komdigi) of the Republic of Indonesia. This effort was led directly by the Division Head, Renaldi Zein, with support from the Director General of Digital Space Supervision, Inspector General Pol. Alexander Sabar, and the Secretary of the Director General, Mediodecci Lustarini.
