InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) offered by PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom climbed to IDR 13,975/kg on Tuesday (8/7/2025), marking an increase of IDR 150/kg or approximately 1.08% from the highest offer recorded on Monday (7/7/2025), which stood at IDR 13,825/kg.

According to information obtained by InfoSAWIT, the Franco prices for CPO at Belawan and Dumai were both set at IDR 13,975/kg, while the Free on Board (FOB) price at Talang Duku was recorded at IDR 13,775/kg.

Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, Malaysian palm oil futures continued to climb for a second consecutive session on Tuesday (8/7/2025), supported by gains in rival vegetable oils and a weakening ringgit, which boosted export competitiveness.

The benchmark September 2025 CPO contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange (FCPOc3) rose by RM49, or 1.2%, reaching RM4,120 per metric ton at the midday break. This is equivalent to approximately USD 972.62 per ton.

In overseas markets, Dalian’s most active soyoil contract (DBYcv1) increased by 0.2%, while its palm oil contract (DCPcv1) posted a stronger gain of 1.52%. Additionally, soyoil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade (BOc2) edged up by 0.54%, further reinforcing positive sentiment in the global vegetable oil market.
