Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom is setRp13.350/kg on Thursday (22/5/2025), thus the CPO price fell by 0.37% or there was a decrease of around IDR 50/kg, compared to the CPO price on Wednesday (21/5/2025) which reachedRp13.400/Kg.

While reportedReuters, palm oil contract prices on Bursa Malaysia Malaysia weakened again on Thursday (22/5/2025), marking a decline for two consecutive sessions. This decline was triggered by weakening soybean oil prices and concerns over increased production in the coming weeks.
The benchmark CPO contract for August 2025 delivery on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM50 a tonne, or about 1.28%, to RM3,844 a metric tonne at midday trading. This is equivalent to about US$903.41 a tonne.
According to David Ng, a trader at Kuala Lumpur-based trading firm Iceberg X Sdn Bhd, CPO prices were pressured by falling soybean oil prices caused by weaker global crude oil prices and negative external market sentiment, while concerns over increased production in the coming weeks also added to the pressure on the market.
On the Dalian exchange, the most active soybean oil contract price was recorded down 0.44%, then the palm oil contract price fell 0.57%. Meanwhile, on the Chicago Board of Trade, soybean oil prices were recorded to have fallen quite sharply by 2.85%.
