InfoSAWIT, BALIKPAPAN – Plantation Agency, East Kalimantan Province did meeting about the Plantation Statistic Data Synchronization in 2019. It was joined by 10 officers in plantation statistic from the province and district/city in the province done in Balikpapan for about 3 days (14 to 16 April).

Head of Plantation Agency, East Kalimantan, Ujang Rachmad in his speech said that the data and information are the main issue to arrange the plantation development plans in the future. It needs valid, accurate, and objective data by synchronizing and validation of plantation statistic data which would be the fix numbers or angka tetap (ATAP) of plantation statistic data in 2018.

"It is an absolute thing to get the data and information both to formulate the policy and to know and measure the success of what has been done,” he said in the official statement in the page of the agency.

He also said that the method used to determine the fix numbers in 2018 is by comparing the previous numbers and then they are analyzed by noticing the fixed standard and criteria.

The mechanism to arrange the fix numbers of 2018 starts by synchronizing the fix numbers in each district, and city. Then it is synchronized in the province level. Then the result would be the material to arrange Buku Kaltim Dalam Angka Tahun 2019 and the synchronization of the central level in July 2019. (T2)
