The Limit to Export Citation is US$ 500/ton

The Limit to Export Citation is US$ 500/ton

InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – For the crude palm oil (CPO) is getting much cheaper in the global trade, it finally implicates to the cheap fresh fruit bunch (FFB). This forces the government to evaluate the CPO citation policy which has been running since in the midst of 2016.

On Monday (26/11/2018) from what InfoSAWIT got, the CPO citation fund that Palm oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA) managed, it is zero for some time.

The policy would be similar with Out Fee Policy which runs for some years, zero because it is in the limit from the Out Fee Policy, that is, US$ 750/ton.

The CPO citation to run would be the same with the lowest limit but it is cheaper, that is, US$ 500/ton. If the CPO gets more expensive or more than the limit, the citation would run again.(T2)

The Mechanism of Export Citation that would be Decided by Steering Committee in PFMA is as follow:
