InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA  – Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (“Holding Perkebunan Nusantara”) got net profits per August 2017 reaching Rp 478 billion or drastically increased 130% compared to the same period in 2016 that got losses reaching Rp 1,57 billion. The profits derived from the increasing selling, the productivity of commodity and the successful efficient program in every business.

Director of Perkebunan Holding Nusantara, Dasuki Amsir explained, the selling of Holding Perkebunan Nusantaraduring January to August 2017 increased 9% to be Rp 21,16 billion, compared to the same period in last year that reached Rp 19,5 billion. Besides the palm oil productivity increased 18% compared to the same period in 2016.

“In 2016, the transformation program that Holding Perkebunan Nusantara did run well. We believed, the work would run well by the end of this year, 2017 because the profits margin keeps improving in every single month,” Dasuki said, in his recent official statement to InfoSAWIT.

He also mentioned, the work of subsidiary of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara also gets better in every month. It proved, the transformation program positively influenced and eqully happened to every PT Perkebunan Nusantara.

Knowing the positive work during January to August 2017, he is optimistic, the management of the company could fulfill the targets that have been written in Plans of the Company in 2017. Making the corporate turnaround strategy, and keep maintaining the work in the rest of this year, the target of Plans of the Company could be realized.

“We are optimistic, the target in the Plans of the Company would be realized in the rests of this year,” he said.

He also told, the management focused to increase the productivity and do efficiency in every business line so that the efficient and consistent production keeps running. If the commodity has cheaper price, it would not significantly influence  the financial sector. He also claimed, Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, needs to be efficient in every business line by noticing the cost structure. One form of efficiency is the fertilizer procurement. It is believed, it could reduce the price to be cheaper and would not be spendthrift.

While about increasing productivity in its operational, the management of the company ensured, the process and management would run as regulated in Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), starting from the planting, nursery, fertlization, harvest and transporting technic to the factory. “To reach the goal, it needs the supports and develop Technology Information to provide more accurate data to control the productivity, efficiency, and should make better decision,” Dasuki said.(T2)
