He also said, they are potential to support the plantation nationally to have better productivity. If their productivity gets more, their income from the harvest selling would be too.
“The independent smallholders’ welfare is part of partnership with the company,” Franciscus said. If the partnership runs, the company would help them to run the sustainable practices based on the principles and criteria.
The company’s policy to help the independent smallholders could be done through partnership. “Through partnership with the independent smallholders, the productivity nationally would increase too,” he said.
