InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) increased to be Rp 11.110/kg on Friday (15/12/2023). It means it got more expensive Rp 16/kg or about 0,14% to Thursday (14/12/2023) tender that was Rp 11.094/kg.

According to what InfoSAWIT calculated, in the second week (11 - 15 December 2023) average CPO at KPBN also increased about Rp 100/kg to be Rp 11.130,44/kg, or about 0,9% compared to average CPO in the previous week (4 - 8 December 2023) that was Rp. 11.030,4/kg.
CPO contract price at Malaysia Derivative Exchange continued the increasing price in the early trade on Friday (15/12/2023). It was supported by the decreasing production in December 2023 in the main producer countries because of dry season and decreasing stocks.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract for February 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got more expensive RM 16 per ton or about 0,43% to be RM 3.704 (US$ 793,66) per ton in the early session.
