InfoSAWIT, SANGGAU – The representative of Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) West Kalimantan Province assigned team to audit financial loss about smallholders replanting program (SRP) in Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Sinar Mulia in District of Sanggau in 2019/ 2020.
Penghitungan Kerugian Keuangan Negara (PKKN) was about to get statement about the loss of finance of the country that derived from the fraud after being investigated and would be used to do litigation.
In 2019/2020, District of Sanggau did financial fraud and the Attorney of Sanggau asked for BPKP West Kalimantan Province to do financial audit.
It was running on 1 to 4 November 2023 at the office of Sanggau Attorney. BPKP Team was with Sanggau Attorney investigators, did Berita Acara Pemberian Klarifikasi (BAPK) and survey some plantations that got SRP in 2019/2020.
District of Sanggau is one region with the largest palm oil plantations in the province. The government focuses on the region to maintain the roles of sustainable palm oil. SRP is one thing to develop palm oil plantation, including plantation risk management that got the impact from forest spatial regions and peat hydrologic unity.
As InfoSAWIT quoted from the official page of BPKP, the result of PKKN in KUD Sinar Mulia, Sub district of Kapuas, in 2019/2020 yang would deliver statement about the loss of the country that derived from fraud and become the basic thing to get litigation that might be needed. (T2)
