InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The Attorney seriously investigated corruption assumption in Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA) in 2015 to 2022.
Head of Legal Public Relation The Attorney, Ketut Sumedana said that the institution did new investigation and searched for some related locations.
He was reluctant to tell more about the locations to search but emphasized that the Attorney would inform the detail after the suspects have been decided in the case. This is about to maintain investigation integrity and confirm that the legal process would run as the available regulation.
During the investigation, the Attorney questioned 15 witnesses about corruption assumption in PFMA in the period. Ketut told series of search in many locations have been conducted but the Attorney would not deliver detail about where they were until the official suspects have been decided.
The investigation itself ran since 7 September 2023. “The investigation has been running since 7 September 2023 – the case in PFMA in 2015 – 2022,” Ketut said, as InfoSAWIT quoted from Kabar24. (T2)
