InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Prior a broadcast news that InfoSAWIT got from Whatsapp by the midst of September 2023 noted that The Attorney investigated Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA). The broadcast news also mentioned that anyone that cooperated with PFMA should be aware for they would be always monitored.

Precisely on Monday (11/9/2023) The Attorney searched for and checked (the office of PFMA). It happened from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., as the broadcast noted.

According to The Attorney, the institution is investigating new case in a corruption case in PFMA that happened in 2015 - 2022.

As InfoSAWIT quoted from CNN Indonesia, Head of Legal Public Relation The Attorney, Ketut Sumedana said that the case is escalated to investigation since Thursday (7/9/2023).

In the case, Ketut told that the investigators in Deputy Attorney for Special Crime searched for the location. Besides, he also said, 15 witnesses had been questioned about the case.

But he was reluctant to tell more about the location and who the witnesses were because it is in investigation phase. “We would tell after the suspects have been decided and we questioned about 15 witnesses in the case,” Ketut said on Tuesday (19/9/2023) press conference. (T2)
