InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA - In general PT Alfa Laval Indonesia (Alfa Laval) offers kinds of superior products within the latest technology to help the process of fresh fruit bunch (FFB) to be crude palm oil (CPO) to be more efficient and has higher purification level.
According to the company, there are three (3) products to offer, they are, Decanters, Separator and Desanding Cyclone.
Sales Manager PT Alfa Laval Indonesia, Sugiri said that his side provides the technology that ould help the process in palm oil factory.
For example, Decanter. Alfa Laval provides the machine within three phase - decanter that helps the process in the factory to be more efficient and has the power to separate the water, solid, and oil in better ways to get more yield, reduce the siltation in the waste pool by minimizing the losses.
It is good for the factory within 30 to 90 tons of FFB per hour. He thought, the machine has clarification combination and purification so it would not need to set the tank and water dilution (for the D3pro system). It would make more oil within smaller water ingredients and less waste.
He also mentioned that the three phase – decanter has sludge treatment after the separation process took place. It could separate the water, density and solid cake. The separation of oil runs in the empty bunches to get more yield (FFB liquor process).
In general, the mainstay of this technology is to increase the separation to reduce operational costs. It needs minor energy up to 30% if compared to the same technology. “It could produce solid within small water ingredients to save the cost in drying process and throwing the waste,” he recently said in Medan.
Alfa Laval also offers separator. For the some last decades, Alfa Laval has become the supplier of separator tools for palm oil industries in the world within the model, PASX 710. The consumers would have the better technology to increase the separation process.
The separator tech, he continued, functions to separate the muddy from the lower part of the control tank. This could be used to extort oil further after its process in the centrifugal decanter or from the condensate sterilizer. “The technology has more efficient seperation process and could minimize the oil losses,” he said.
The third product is desanding cyclone. This is additional tool in the factory to increase the life time (reduce wer and tear in the machine.
He said that it could happen that some factories uses the tool but the old ones or the established factories could use this ad the additional tool. (T2)
