InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA –The management of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) officially substituted the Directors of PTPN VI, VII, VII, IX, X, XIII, and XIV based on Decision No. 3.06/SKPTS/132/2017on 11 December 2017 signed by Secretary of Enterprises, Rini Soemarno and Director of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero) Dasuki Amsir. Holding Perkebunan Nusantara and Ministry of Enterprises are the share holders reaching 90% and 10% of the company.

“The substitution is the same with the transformation program in the company that is committed to continue the transformation program in human resources. The goal is to increase the work of the company and keep the changing of work within honest, severe, and whole-hearted – base,” Dasuki Amsir said in his speech when substitution ceremony in the office of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara in Jakarta in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Monday (11/12/2017).

There were some officers attending the substitution, such as, Assistant Deputy of Ministry of Enterprises in Agro Industry and Pharmacy, Dilza Vierson;  Director of Human Capital and Management of PTPN III Holding, Seger Budiardjo;  and Commissioners of PTPN III Holding, Dedy Y.H Sitorus, and M. Syakir.

Dasuki also told, the substitution of the directors in PTPN pointed to increase the work of the company and the refreshment of the organization to empower the effectivity in each company. “We congratulate and thank every service, both efforts and thought when you worked in the company and made positive changes in the transformation in PTPN,” he said.

He also explained, not every director is substituted. There are some substituting the new position and should transform immediately. He did hope, the refreshment of the organization could be positive to the company, namely to increase the future work.(T2)
