InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – The Attorney search three locations in crude palm oil (CPO) and its derivative export facility in palm oil industries in January - April 2022. In the search, investigation team also seized areas and cash.

Head of Legal Information Center the Attorney, Ketut Sumedana said, the search and seize were according to Warrant for Investigation of Junior Attorney for Special Crimes Number: PRINT-1334/F.2/Fd.1/07/2023 on 5 July 2023.

"On Thursday, 6 July 2023, Investigation Team in Directorate of Investigation of Junior Attorney for Special Crimes searched and seized three locations in Medan, North Sumatera Province,” Ketut said, as in the official statement that InfoSAWIT got, Sunday (9/7/2023).

The three locations to investigate were the office of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia or Wilmar Group (WG); the office of Musim Mas or Musim Mas Group (MMG); and the office of PT Permata Hijau Group (PHG).

From the three location, the investigator team seized some assets and cash. From the office of Wilmar Group there were totally 625 sections that laid up to 43,32 hectares to seize. From the office of Musim Mas there were totally 277 sections that laid up to 14.620,48 hectares.

From the office of PT Permata Hijau Group (PHG), the investigator team seized totally 70 sections that laid up to 23,7 hectares. Not only that the investigator also seized rupiah currency that reached 5.588 papers with the total Rp 385,3 million, US dollar currency that reached 4.352 papers with the total USD 435.200, ringgit currency for about 561 papers with the total RM 52.000, and Singapore currency for about 290 papers with the total SGD 250.450.
