InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – In the midst of June 2023, InfoSAWIT Online and Dimitra Technology signed strategic partnership to deliver information in information technology – base and every progress in data – base to related palm oil stakeholders and industries. The collaboration would be delivering significant contribution by encouraging comprehensive and innovative information about smallholders’ plantations, livestock, and agriculture development.
Editorial in Chief of InfoSAWIT, Ignatius Ery Kurniawan said, the strategic partnership would optimize the latest technology application, such as, blockchain, artificial intelligence, data analytic to escalate transparency and efficiency in every palm oil supply chain.
“Advantaging the power of information technology would deliver better access for the related stakeholders and business, starting from the production, distribution, and marketing,” Ery said, Tuesday (4/6/2023).
He also mentioned, the collaboration would also facilitate knowledge and experiences between InfoSAWIT and Dimitra, while expanding networking with related experts and institutions. It means, they hope to get dynamic ecosystem for agriculture, livestock, and smallholders’ plantations that could enable to adopt wider technology, escalate productivity, minimize the cost, minimizing related mitigation risks with the climate change and other challenges.
Meanwhile, representative of Mitra Dimitra Technology in Indonesia, Ricky Tanudibrata said, the partnership between InfoSAWIT and Dimitra would be potential to positively encourage transformation in palm oil and other related industries. By combing deeper knowledge about sustainable agriculture, blockchain technology, machine learning, and data integration, both parties would do the best to create supporting environment to develop sustainable, ethic, and people – oriented palm oil plantations in the society.
