InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – One palm oil corporate as the suspect in palm cooking oil material corruption assumption is Permata Hijau Group.
Head of Public Relation and Law, The Attorney, Ketut Sumedana said, for the second case, Supreme Court sentenced inkracht. “The investigators of the Attorney on the day sentenced 3 corporates as suspects,” he said to journalists, Thursday (16/5/2023).
Ketut Sumedana continued, they corporates are Wilmar Group, Permata Hijau Group, Musim Mas Group.

Still from the official page of the company, Permata Group also produces lauric oil, biodiesel, specialty fats, ole-chemical, and palm cooking oil.
By May 2023, the company operated six palm oil mills, and six refineries within palm oil plantations that laid about 21 thousand hectares, and got partnership with smallholders that the plantations laid about 3.400 hectares.
Other palm oil mill suppliers reached 271 mills. The traceability reached 100 percent in mills. The source of fresh fruit bunch (FFB) traceability just reached 66 percent: three percent from main palm oil plantations, and 64 percent from third side; and about 33 percent were not fulfill traceability standards.
